General

If you are a legitimate business with a website and wish to apply to become a partner, please fill out this Pksoftech Partner Program Registration Form. Our onboarding team will review your application and reach out to you.
Every Pksoftech registered Partner is required to agree to the terms and conditions of the program. Authorised and Prefered Partners are required to officially sign the partnership agreement with Pksoftech Private Limited.
No, Pksoftech does not levy a membership charge on its partners.

Yes, we have an Affiliate Program for partners who wish to refer customers. You can sign up for the Affiliate Program here.
The demo account is free. However, if the partner wants to use it for their own company they can purchase it at a discounted rate.

There are 3 tiers in the Partner Program
Registered Partner
Authorised Partner
Preferred Partner
Partners advance from one tier to another based on their performance in sales, marketing, and other initiatives. Partners can advance to the authorised tier by doing 500$ of MRR and to the preferred tier by working closely with our channel managers and delivering on the GTM plan for a couple of quarters.
Revenue is a crucial part of assessing partner performance. However, other initiatives such as outbound lead generation and development of marketing references such as case studies are also taken into consideration.
You can attend the basic and advanced product training sessions to learn about our products. You can also take a look at video tutorials, presentations, and other course materials to understand our product(s) better. You can access the resources here.
In order to be listed in the Pksoftech partner directory, you’re required to become an Authorised Partner.
No, you are not required to sign up separately for each country. Sign up once and your onboarding manager(s) will discuss the regions with you.

Lead Registration

Lead registration is mandatory to easily qualify and approve leads, and manage deals. It also helps your onboarding manager track partner progress throughout the deal and evaluate performance internally at Pksoftech. You can register a lead through our CRM.
You can register a lead through our CRM or the signup snippets installed on your website.
You can register the customer's account on the partner portal and the lead created will be assigned to you.
Lead statuses help track leads. Leads can be categorized as follows
New: Default status when a new lead is added
Invalid: Leads with incorrect details (invalid company, contact details, etc.)
Valid - Inactive: Leads that have valid details, but are not actively evaluating
Valid - Active: Actively evaluating leads with high product engagement as seen in the customer engagement section
Opportunity: Qualified leads who have been through a demo and are actively evaluating
An inactive lead falls under trial expired. Please reach out to your onboarding manager for further details.
A lead is assigned to a partner for a period of 90 days. However, please note that an outbound lead can only be registered under the partner’s name after approval from the onboarding manager.

Invoices and Commissions Payout

Partner commissions are processed monthly and paid out within 30-45 days.

To view commission statements, go to Partner Portal > Commissions > Payments
Payments are processed via paypal or bank transfer after receiving the following details
For Paypal transfer: Paypal ID and W8/9 form
For bank transfer: Letter from bank, signed and stamped, confirming bank account details and W8/9 form
Sales commissions are processed monthly and paid out within 30-45 days. Commission statements are generated based on the commission as listed in the partner agreement.
For an outbound deal, the commission is processed only in the last 90 days from the time of deal closure, and paid out at the beginning of the following quarter.

Events

Yes, you can organize an event. However, please note that if you’re hosting an event organized under the Pksoftech brand, you’ll be required to adhere to our marketing guidelines. To know more, please contact your onboarding manager.
The number of events organized by a preferred partner may vary according to geographies and return on investment.
Yes, Pksoftech supports all preferred partners in event organization.

Agreements, Licensing, Pricing and Sales Transactions

Marketing material will be shared with you at the time of onboarding. Partners in other advanced tiers are given access to different marketing materials that their onboarding manager will share with them.​​
Please note that discounts can be offered to prospects only after approval from your onboarding manager/channel manager.
Yes, you can start reselling Pksoftech products but please remember that in order to advance to the next partner tier, product certification tests (which require product know-how) are mandatory.

Partner Education, Enablement, and Support

Marketing support for partners varies according to their partner status and may include support such as logos, competitor battle cards, brochures, campaign templates, market development funds etc.
Yes. In order to advance to other partner tiers, all referrers and partners are required to complete certification tests.
Certification tests help evaluate the product understanding & knowledge of partners, and are wider in scope as they test the partner on various aspects of sales cycles, and not just deal closure.
Certification tests help evaluate the product understanding and knowledge of partners, and annual tests ensure that partners are up-to-date with the new features/changes in the product.
Yes, levels in training and certification vary, based on partner status.
Pksoftech provides technical and marketing support for all partner tiers. However, Pksoftech expects the partner to provide L1 support and will help out wherever necessary.
The Pksoftech Partner Conference is an invite-only event during which our partners from all the markets join us at our India office to get an exclusive behind-the-scenes picture.
